As shown in Figure 1, before installing and replacing the base of the drill press, you need to check whether the magnetic suction (Figure 1 ④) is in the state of magnetization and the safety pin has been locked (it must be magnetized on the inclined plane and then lifted to install the equipment); install the lifting rings (Figure 1 ③) on both sides of the bed of the drill press (Figure 1 ②), and then use lifting operation to lift the magnetic suction base (Figure 1 ①), and then use the socket head screws to tighten the installation of the drill press and the base. (c) The drill press is mounted on the magnetic base (Figure 1 ①) by lifting.
The flat base (Figure 2 ⑤) is directly locked on the workpiece plane, and the same lifting method is used to install it when replacing the base; choose the base installation according to the actual situation.
